Our Root System Refund is one of the features we are most proud of. Purchase a plant, provide monthly growth pictures, take a cutting, root it, and send it back — and we will give you a complete refund. You keep the original plant. You effectively received it for free. And we receive a new rooted plant to pass on to the next person who needs it.

There is no profit in this for us. That is exactly the point.
