Discover beautiful, 'rare' houseplants suited for your budget, space, and commitment!

FernsGreenery began with a simple wish: to make 'rare' greenery accessible and welcoming for every plant lover, no matter their journey. That is exactly why we only sell young plants, rooted cuttings, and corms---and support you at every stage of their growth!

What Makes a Houseplant Rare?

True rarity in houseplants stems from several natural factors: limited geographic origin, slow growth rates, difficulty in propagation, and low availability in cultivation. Many are even "variegated," having special colorations because of genetic mutations. These plants are genuinely scarce because nature made them that way.

However, some sellers artificially create scarcity through marketing tactics and inflated pricing. We're here to combat that practice by offering authentic rare plants that are sourced responsibly, priced fairly, and set up to thrive.
